About Leewood

We are a full-service, family-friendly, private club located on 99 acres in Eastchester, NY. Opened in 1922 and designed by famed golf course architect Devereux Emmet, Leewood has a wonderful tradition of golf. Recent improvements to the golf course have made it among the premier courses in Westchester County.

The rich history dates back to some of our earliest members, including New York Yankee slugger Babe Ruth and famed director D.W. Griffith.

There are multiple dining rooms to accommodate spectacular events, private parties and post-round drinks. The clubhouse also houses the men’s and women’s locker rooms, year-round golf simulator, and gym. The outdoor terrace overlooks the pool and tennis courts complete with a snack bar which provide a wonderful atmosphere for family memories. Every month is an opportunity to participate in the numerous family events, social events, entertainment, golf tournaments, and gourmet buffets. The summer months bring even more opportunities for our youngest members to join the swim team, participate in our summer camp program and junior golf teams.
